No, we do not require a special license to make a purchase. There are restrictions on some of our products and we do ask that you are aware of your local and state laws prior to placing your order with us.

No, once an order has been placed it’s sent automatically for fulfillment. Therefore, we cannot cancel or add any additional items. You will have to place an additional order with Buckley Firearms for any additional items you may wish to purchase.

Please follow our guidelines for returning an item on our Returns Page. (link to returns page). ​​Firearms and ammunition are not returnable or refundable; all sales are final.

Buckley Firearms is an online store making it easy for customers to shop for their firearm needs and receive them in the most efficient and convenient way. Therefore, we do not have a retail store.

Firearms may take up to 7 days to ship upon receipt of payment. Non-firearm orders normally ship within one to three business days after we receive your payment.

Firearms take 7-10 days to arrive with standard delivery. 

Other items vary based on the shipping method selected. Items shipped with standard delivery should arrive in 5-7 business days.

To ship your firearm, we require a valid copy of the dealer's FFL (Federal Firearms License) BEFORE shipping.

By federal law, all firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder. Firearms WILL NOT be shipped to a customer’s residence. We can ship to an FFL of your choice that is near you. Select an FFL from our available list during checkout, or have your chosen FFL provide us with the license, referencing your name and order number, after purchasing.

No, Buckley Firearms only ships within the United States.

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number with a tracking link.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept money orders, ACH transfers, and cashier’s checks. Those wishing to pay using a money order or cashier check have that option on the payment section of checkout (the address to mail these payments is noted next to this payment option.) You have up to 5 business days for our payment department to receive your money order/cashier’s check.

Tax is charged for orders shipped to U.S. states where sales taxes are applicable.  The amount of tax charged is based on current tax rates and will depend on the destination of the shipment.

Buckley Firearms does not charge an extra fee for payment via credit card.
