Buckley Firearms takes  mental health extremely seriously and wants its users and consumers to be aware that the Services provided  by Buckley Firearms are not intended to be used by any individual that has been committed to a mental  institution, currently receiving mental healthcare by a professional, and/or any individual that is mentally  ill, as immediately defined hereafter. “Mental Illness” is defined by the Mental Health Act of 1990 as a  condition characterized by the presence of symptoms such as delusions, hallucinations, serious disorder of  thought form, a severe disturbance of mood, or sustained or repeated irrational behavior, which seriously  impairs, either temporarily or permanently, the mental functioning of a person.
