We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. 

Buckley Firearms accepts returns on items that are new and unused with the original packaging, or items that are defective, within 30 days of purchase. Ammo cannot be returned due to safety reasons (no exceptions).

Use the form below or send your request for a return to info@buckleyfirearms.com to obtain authorization. No merchandise returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Upon receiving your package, and verification of the item is made, you will receive an email with the status. This process can take up to a few weeks from start to finish.

All returns on orders paid by a credit card will receive a credit to the card used on the purchase (or store credit) once confirmation of receipt of merchandise has been made and inspection has been completed. Depending on your financial institution, refunds are credited between 3 to 5 business days after issuance. All canceled orders paid with a money order or cashier's check will have the refund issued as store credit.

In cases where an item is defective or the wrong item is received, Buckley Firearms will pay for the return shipping. In cases where the customer decides they no longer want an item, the customer must pay for the return shipping. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

FIREARMS RETURNS

Any firearm purchased from Buckley Firearms can be returned to us, as long as it has not been picked up from the receiving FFL dealer. Once a firearm is transferred to you from the FFL dealer, we are no longer able to accept a return.

While the firearm is still in the possession of the FFL dealer, please inspect the firearm thoroughly to ensure that there are no visible defects. If you notice anything out of concern, please contact us before taking possession of the firearm from your dealer. We can arrange to have it returned to us, and upon delivery and careful inspection of the firearm, we will provide you with your choice of either a replacement, if available, or a refund of the firearm.
