Firearms can be dangerous when there is a lack of training as to the proper use of a firearm, the proper training for carrying a firearm on your person and/or vehicle, and the proper safety measures when storing  a firearm. By purchasing with Buckley Firearms through the Website, you acknowledge, agree, and consent to follow all manufacturer safety instructions and to only use the firearms in a responsible, mindful, and safe manner in a legally approved area. Firearm laws are regulated by local, state, and federal law. Therefore, it is your responsibility to be fully aware of the most current firearm laws and to ensure you are,  at all times, following all applicable laws. 

You are assuming all responsibility and liability for the legality of a specific item when you purchase it. 

You are responsible for checking all local, state, and federal laws before ordering or using an item from the  Website or any manufacturer whose product is sold on the Website. 

You are responsible for complying with all firearms laws in your area. 

You must notify us immediately if you have any concerns about the legality of any product you have ordered  from the Website.  

You are responsible for the full and prompt payment for all orders placed through our Website.  

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any  account you use to access the Website. Accordingly, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur  under your account(s).

We may provide various open means of communication on the Website, such as comments, posts, product  ratings and reviews, and various social media services. You understand that generally we do not pre-screen  or monitor the content posted by users of these various means of communication, which means that if you  choose to use these means to submit any type of content to the Website, then it is your personal  responsibility to use these means in a responsible and ethical manner. Buckley Firearms is not responsible for any delay or  failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such  removal, and consent to waive any claim against us, as expressly stated herein. 

Buckley Firearms does not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other third party users  of the Website. However, any content posted by you using any means of communication on the Website,  provided that it doesn't violate or infringe on any third party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property  of Buckley Firearms, and, as such, gives Buckley Firearms a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute.  This does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, necessary in order to  use the Website.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS BUCKLEY FIREARMS AND ITS  AFFILIATES, AND THEIR DIRECTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, MANAGERS,  EMPLOYEES, DONORS, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS, FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSSES,  EXPENSES, DAMAGES AND COSTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, REASONABLE  ATTORNEYS' FEES, RESULTING FROM ANY VIOLATION OF THIS USER AGREEMENT  OR THE FAILURE TO FULFILL ANY OBLIGATIONS RELATING TO YOUR ACCOUNT  INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON USING YOUR ACCOUNT. BUCKLEY  FIREARMS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TAKE OVER THE EXCLUSIVE DEFENSE OF ANY  CLAIM FOR WHICH WE ARE ENTITLED TO INDEMNIFICATION UNDER THIS USER  AGREEMENT. IN SUCH AN EVENT, YOU SHALL PROVIDE US WITH SUCH LIAISON AS IS  REASONABLY REQUESTED.

You must be of legal age to own any items you order. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any  item from the Website. Buckley Firearms may request a copy of your identification before shipping your  order. 

You must provide a valid phone number with any order placed. Buckley Firearms may contact you at the  provided phone number before processing any order.

• You are the actual transferee/buyer of the fiream(s) you are purchasing from the Website.  (WARNING: You are not the actual buyer if you are acquiring the firearm(s) on behalf of another  person);

• You understand that handling, cleaning, or discharging firearms, ammunition or ammunition  components may cause exposure to lead, and you hold Buckley Firearms harmless and you assume  all responsibility for any lead exposure. 
  
  

ITEM AVAILABILITY 

Occasionally we have only one (1) item in stock and more than one (1) person orders said item. Buckley  Firearms will honor the first fully funded order. If Buckley Firearms run out of stock we will cancel your  order and refund your payment in full within a reasonable time. 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Buckley Firearms does its best to accurately represent the merchandise through its photos, price and text  copy. If a product offered by the Website itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unused  in the same condition it was purchased pursuant to the terms and conditions of Buckley Firearms Return  Policy (which can be accessed via the Website). Buckley Firearms are not liable for errors in pricing,  pictures, or descriptions. 

PRICING

Buckley Firearms does its best to price our products at market value. As the market changes, so does the pricing. We are not obligated to honor a price that is in print or an error. We reserve the right to adjust  product prices as dictated by the market, as necessary. 

RISK OF LOSS 

All items purchased from the Website is made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of  loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please contact the carrier for any  further information.
